Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Grav Ball handles, and why. The game is published by Kivora LLC, an independent game studio registered in Arkansas, USA.

Grav Ball is a single-player game. It has no accounts, no login, no chat and no social features. We operate no servers of our own, and we never receive your game data.

The short version

Information stored on your device

The game saves the following locally, using your device's standard app storage:

This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the game deletes all of it permanently, and it cannot be recovered.

Advertising

Grav Ball displays ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ads appear between some runs, and you can optionally choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game coins or to continue a run. Watching those optional ads is always your choice.

To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

We do not receive this information. We only see anonymous, aggregated reports showing totals such as how many ads were shown and how much revenue they earned. Those reports cannot identify you.

Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices about ads

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

The game shows a consent form the first time you open it, asking whether ads may be personalised. You can change your answer at any time by opening the game and going to Settings → Ad privacy settings.

If you decline personalised ads, ads still appear, but they are non-personalised and based only on general context rather than your device's advertising identifier.

iOS

Apple separately asks for permission to track you across apps and websites. If you decline, the game does not use your advertising identifier and you will see non-personalised ads. You can change this later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Any device

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your system settings — on iOS under Privacy & Security, and on Android under Google → Ads.

Children

Grav Ball is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will look into it. Because the game collects no personal information and stores no data off the device, there is generally nothing for us to delete beyond what removing the app already erases.

Data we do not collect

To be explicit, the game does not collect, store or transmit:

The game does not use analytics services beyond the reporting built into Google AdMob.

Security

Because game data stays on your device and we operate no servers, there is no database of user information for us to lose. Data on your device is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and the operating system's app sandboxing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data, such as the right to access, correct or delete it, or to object to processing.

Since we hold no personal data about you, most of these rights are satisfied by actions you can take directly:

Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, such as adding a new service, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted in the game's release notes.
